Risk management and internal control systems

The totality of internal control procedures helps a business to achieve its goals more effectively and more efficiently, by making processes run securely, thereby preventing mistakes or reducing their negative consequences for the business. It is important not to see ICS as a set of monitoring tasks completely detached from business processes. Risk management of the business is the starting point, from which the significant risks to business operations, the evaluation of those risks and specific measures emerge. It is in accordance with this risk assessment that the responsible parties and the necessary controls must be identified.

  • Evaluation and implementation of internal control systems (ICS)
  • Evalutaion of risk management systems according to the Austrian (Public) Corporate Governance Code
  • Compliance audits
